For more energy and flexibility in everyday life, we will practice Yin-Yang Yoga with instructor Aferdita during our upcoming May retreat, set against the unique backdrop of the Churfirsten mountain range and the fjord-like Lake Walen. The program will also include detoxifying treatments, wild herb walks, balanced vegetarian detox meals, and a closing ritual.
From Sunday, September 20th to Thursday, September 24th, we invite you to a mindful retreat in picturesque Quinten on Lake Walen. With Sabrina Ingrassia, you will learn various mindfulness techniques and begin to consciously use them as a source of strength in your everyday life.
Tanja Forcellini will give lectures and yoga sessions on the topic of menopause during the retreat. This will be complemented by naturopathic support from Sara Kohout and coaching sessions with Laura Koch.
We practice the Vipassana meditation in silence for 4 days under the guidance of the former Buddhist nun Ariya B. Baumann.
The focus of this retreat is on gathering and processing wild herbs. Additionally, detoxifying and cleansing measures will boost metabolism and prepare the body for the warmer months. Milena will also enrich the retreat with yoga lessons (Hatha and Yin yoga) and guided meditation sessions.
